It was refreshing to work with Bennie after I had water damage in my home. Without being an alarmist, he quickly assessed what was needed and came prepared to get to work. He explained everything that needed to be done and quoted me a fair price. He followed up and made sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. I hope I never need his services again but if I do I won't hesitate to make him my first call.

Benny is a life-saver! I had a huge flood in my house and in less than an hour of placing the call, Lone Star Restoration's crew was on-site taking care of everything. Benny turned what was an absolute nightmare, into an easy to understand and carefree situation. He kept me informed while the work was taking place and in the loop with the insurance process. Ive used a few restoration places in the past but ill be sticking with this company from now on!
We reached out to Bennie based on all the five star reviews. He was timely in responding, prompt in arriving and a complete professional. We were concerned about possible water damage to our floors based upon a leak from our AC unit. He spent over an hour evaluating our situation and explaining the best and worst scenarios, in detail, to make sure we fully understood. Rather than recommend costly expenses, he was completely honest and told us that he really thought we’d be fine. Would highly recommend and will certainly call on him again if the need arises.

5 stars are not enough for Bennie and his crew. I was overwhelmed when a pipe burst in my ceiling and my ceiling came down. Bennie swooped in and held my hand through the whole process. I was overwhelmed and he talked me through everything. He was calm and reassuring and hands on. He was here to meet the insurance adjuster to make sure they did not miss any of the damage. He personally met the other contractors at my house to make sure they saw everything that needed to be addressed. He came by every day to check the equipment and to test moisture levels. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and definitely went above and beyond for me, my family and my home. If you are dealing with water damage and need expert service and advice, please call Bennie. Bennie and his crew must leave their Superman capes at home but they are heros!!!
I highly recommend Lone Star Flood Restoration! Bennie, the owner, recently helped with some flooding in my condo. It was a bit of a nightmare with water in my AC closet, subfloor, and leaking into my downstairs neighbors' condo.<br><br>Bennie not only dried the water but he also helped with my insurance company, gave invaluable advice in regards to my neighbor, and recommended a contractor to make repairs. I got a quote for repairs at three different places and Bennie's recommendation was the best.<br><br>Then, even days after he had completed all the work that he had to do, he was still available and willing to help and give advice! He seems to genuinely care, rather than just make a quick buck and move on to the next job.
Huge shoutout to these guys, especially Bennie! He was prompt, professional, and helped with whatever I needed . The communication was great and the process for fixing the water damage in my home could not have been going smoother.
Bennie was very professional and had our best interest in mind. Very genuine in his demeanor to do the job right. Checked in with my wife and I often to. My water heater busted on June 19th, 2024. Lone Star Flood Restoration came out and immediately got started helping me while explaining the process. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision and they checked in to ensure that everything was okay. The equipment to help clean the air and dry out the water really helped my family because they have bad allergy. Thank you Lone Star for going above and beyond to assist us.
