Bennie not only dried the water but he also helped with my insurance company, gave invaluable advice in regards to my neighbor, and recommended a contractor to make repairs. I got a quote for repairs at three different places and Bennie's recommendation was the best.
Then, even days after he had completed all the work that he had to do, he was still available and willing to help and give advice! He seems to genuinely care, rather than just make a quick buck and move on to the next job.

My water heater busted on June 19th, 2024. Lone Star Flood Restoration came out and immediately got started helping me while explaining the process. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision and they checked in to ensure that everything was okay.
